...on 8743kHz at 2000z USB - found it while just passin' thru' and heard the chimes before the hour - though it sounded like one of the old European station interval signal, but then a computer generated voice in English with weather info followed by more chimes and another non-computer voice in Thai. Had to have everything tuned up to the max and still doesn't move the S meter off the zero stop but good clear signal. Unusual for this time of day - 0900 local.
