Banks County S. O. mores code like sounds after transmission

Hi all, I have noticed that over the last couple of months about 1/3 of the transmissions I hear from them contains some mores code sounds afterwords....What is this? Thanks.Also if it matters I'm using a pro-106 and this is on a conventional channel.

Sometimes stations have their repeater setup to ID after every transmission instead of every 15-30 minutes (or whatever the FCC requirement is). Could it possibly be DTMF?

I thought about that but don't think was like this say about 3 months ago. I did notice that yesterday it was doing it for a while and after supper I don't think I heard it. Guess I'll set it up and record a few hours and see it the tones are the same and if so I'll bet its ID.
