BAPD on RMA-2A

I just heard a Broken Arrow Dispatcher contact Tulsa master console on RMA-2A and advised of a car going eastbound in the west bound on the BA Expressway. It did not sound like a patch through their EDACS so does BA have the state 800 RMA channels in their console direct or is it patched through their EDACS? Thanks...

I know they have an 800 Tulsa radio in their console with the RMAs programmed in it; not sure what other TGs they have access to though....
