Hi all,

In looking at what had been posted on W/S / F/C 800 and on VIPER today

I noticed a possible mistake.

The two talkgroups that are listed on W/S / F/C 800 are listed below
4528 BAPT-AIR
4576 BAPT-GND

My question is are they to actually be on VIPER instead of W/S / F/C 800.

Because Wake Forest Baptist (Air Care-Air) is on VIPER

YES or NO.

MBennett, you are correct.

These talkgroups are not on the W-S/FC System. They are VIPER talkgroups. Whomever detected these and submitted them could have been seeing them show up on their scanner on the W-S/FC System due to the Welcome VIPER Site and the W-S/FC System having a common control channel. My 396XT locked onto the 853.5625 control channel yesterday while scanning the W-S/FC. I suddenly noticed my scanner was no longer hearing any normal W-S/FC traffic so i paused on the control channel to see the site ID and it showed C123 Site 54. This could be an issue for anyone trying to monitor the W-S/FC System while also in range of the Welcome VIPER Site.

I was on the wrong system when adding the talkgroups, they're corrected now.

Wes, see my reply in the "Can't hear VIPER" thread reference the control channel mix-up.
