Interesting, is this a new system that the military is going to? How would I search for the system?
There are several new P25 systems that the military is moving a lot of bases to.
In addition to the one posted earlier there are:
United States Department of Defense (14C) Trunking System, Nationwide, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies
United States Air Force (157) Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies
Joint National Capital Region Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies
And probably others that I don't know of off hand.
The database shows two systems for Barksdale. I don't know if the database is correct.

If you are not receiving those, program all the frequencies, not just the control channels. The control channels could have changed or they could be on another system.
If they changed systems you will need to search for the control channels used on the new system.
When you find the new control channel you will have to create a new system.
How you do all that depends on what kind of scanner you have.
You need to do a limit search for new P25 control channels. Since Barksdale is already UHF if there is a new system it probably is too.
Search 380-390 and 406-411 in 12.5 kHz steps in analog mode until you find the control channel.
You should also run Unitrunker or Pro96Com on the new control channel to find the alternate control channels, System ID, WACN ID, RFSS number, Site number, and site NAC and submit all that to the database or post in in the forums.
Then you need to start identifying what talkgroups are used and sumbit them.
