This morning since 8 A.M. I'm hearing radio checks but not sure who it is. Site 108 Lake County ID: 1891 it is not listed in the database but there is a possibility of Barrington Fire. Anyone else hearing this have an idea who for sure? Thanks for any input you might leave below.

Can you tell what type of traffic it is other than radio checks? I know Wauconda had dive training (which likely included surrounding departments) scheduled from 8:00 to Noon CDT this morning so it's possible they may be using a StarCom TG.
In fact I just checked the list of unidentified talkgroups and found this:
