Barron county fire freqs.

I recently heard 2 ems calls for Barron county on 151.235. I heard them page ems for 2 separate calls but I never heard any response for the ambulance on this freq. Do they call back on a different freq??

most of the time they reply on BLS340

yes.....they don't use 155.400 very often around here, usually only the helos

155.400 freq.

you are correct, most of the time this freq is silent. on occasion you may hear it used in eau claire as als400 for services calling into the hospitals. or if you're lucky you may hear our service talking truck to truck on it, we consider it as our metro dispatching freq in the twin cities.
