BART Talkgroup 12-003

I've been listening to BART for the past couple hours, and have been hearing various train ops on 12-003. This TG is not in the database. Sounds like a controller talking to trains, mostly in the SF, Oakland, and Millbrae areas.

If anyone else has seen or heard this, lets talk about it. I want to make sure I know what this TG is before I submit info.

Yes, it's a patch of several train ops talkgroups to one dispatcher. BART has done this routinely for many years, and since temporary patch talkgroup IDs rotate periodically on EDACS systems we tend not to document these in the database.
