Based on What we Know for The New Delco System???

I've been in the hobby for a long time, however most has been with the basic radios. Based on what they are saying, would the BCD996P2 Scanner be a good radio for this system? Thanks in advance. kgw567

If you're not lazy, it's 470-512 MHz (TV UHF channels 14-20). Each TV channel is 6 MHz wide.

Delco ought to join the Chester Co P25 (become a consortium) and just built out new site(s) on the existing systems backbone.. Nah never mind, that would be too cheap and simple to implement..
It's an idea that's working for many other counties..
