Batesville Fire/EMS

I came across this freq, 155.820 DCS 315 which is being used by Batesville Fire/EMS. When I searched the ULS db, there was'nt anything registered to any agency in Panola county. I am positive that Batesville uses this freq b/c I heard them doing a radio check. Any ideas?

Could be a no longer liced freq still in use.. a LOT of those around

I thought Batesville used 154.415.
