With a good, quality set of batteries (Like Eneloops). 8 to 10 hours, depending upon how active the radio is.

Can you pull the batteries and power it with external 12vdc?

The 325P2 runs on 2 1.5 volt batteries or a 12 Volt to USB adapter to get 5 volts DC

Sadly sometimes I fall victim to just asking here instead of looking for the manual...the 325P2 has been on my radar for awhile as TX DPS is P25 conventional, so this should do nicely.
