WS1080: Battery Warning

I just installed version 2.3 ezscan...and i got my battery warning back...what was the latest version before it disappeared ? I really miss it,cuz with the current version....(at least on my scanner)...it doesnt work

Mine did not disappear, it just moved. Go to advanced settings, then select Battery options.

I have my alert set to 4.18 volts.

If I remember correctly Alert Settings in General Settings have to be set too.
Mine are Mode: Both and Volume: 12.

But it is a while since I let the batteries run right down, I'm not 100% sure it still works.

I just tested with the latest pc app and I have no issues to receive the low battery alert as long as I use a value no less than 4.18

if I use the original default setting of 4.08 volts I do not always get the low battery warning and the scanner abruptly shuts off. I suggest anyone wanting to get a Low battery alert change this to 4.18 volts on both NiMH and Alkaline.
