When setting up the 8200 for the computer interface what baud rate should I use or does it matter.

Hello,

It appears that you should set the speed to 19200, which is as fast as the software can go. You might want to try out "GreenLight 8200". It seems to transfer much faster than the AOR Workshop software does.

Set it to the same speed as you set your control software to.
For the original AR8200 9K6 is the fastest reliable speed. For the newer versions 19K2 will work though there is little advantage to using the faster speed.
