BRMC EMS has flipped the switch over to using NXDN conventional. Careful monitoring is needed to nail down all the RANS in use on the repeaters and base/mobiles. As far as I know the ED/ER's still run analog for the HEAR freqs as they have to be able to talk to all the EMS agencies bringing in patients.
