Bay Area EBRCS Scanner help

Hello,im new to this and need help, I live in Antioch, looking for an antenna for a base scanner that can easily pick up traffic all the way in south fremont, approx 40-50 miles away for the new EBCRS program.

That's going to be a tough one, NorCalEMT. I live in San Jose and have a Yagi on a 2 story house pointed towards Walpert Ridge and Mt Diablo. I can hear ALCO SW really well and ALCO East decently, but I can't hear CCCO Central or CCCO East at all. You're just too far out of range.

Unfortunately you're going to have a bad time with trying to get Fremont from Antioch. You're blocked by Diablo and the hills. Really, your only option is some sort of internet tied remote scanner setup.
