Baytown PD ???

What seems to be happening with the Baytown part of STARNET? The primary and secondary control channels are not working. The system is intermittent as it will be functioning one minute and then you can't get any control channel to work. The nearby system of Chambers County is working normal and it is part of the STARNET system. Any ideas?

I monitor Baytown regularly, and have for nearly 30 years, I have not been experiencing any problems hearing them lately, with a PRO 95.
