BBC DRM 15615 kHz

Can't seem to find a listing for the above tx. Is it something new? Came in quite strong to my QTH in Nth East Victoria Austalia. Report was about NASA with Journaline tx (not recieved here though).
EDIT: to mention broadcast would have been at 0900 UTC.

Hello,

The frequency is listed as 15620 KHz and it has been around for awhile. It is scheduled to India from 0759 to 0900 UTC.

The assigned frequency for DRM is in the center of the 10 KHz bandwidth so there is a -5K offset in the frequency readout when using the software.
