My BC-296 and BC-796 no longer receive I-calls since I upgraded firmware to version 3.25. Prior to the upgrade, both scanners received I-calls okay. I have verified that I-calls are set to ON in the menus. Is anyone aware of this being a problem with the firmware upgrade?

Not really thought about it but mine does not receive them anymore either. BC296D may have to reflash it back to the earlier firmware update.
