BC 296D programming software

The Rat Shack Pro 95\96 has awesome programming software. Any good, easy to use software for the BC 296D?

As you might have guessed by now, ARC250 from BuTel (and Scanner Master sells it, I think) is the recognized champ for the Uniden digitals. I also know that Trunkstar 785 seems to have a following.
