Not a new talkgroup.

You really need to read your scanner's manual and learn how to set the status bit.

It's been covered here many times before. Here's the link to the Scanont FAQ: http://www.hamsexy.com/scanont-faq.html

Scroll down to the section on status bits.

What you found is an MTO Enforcement group multiselected or patched with an MNR group.

It's not an MNR group.

Not sure which setting you should use for status bits. Try both and once you only see talkgroups divisible by 16, then you've got it right.

The end detect setting has nothing to do with status bits. It determines if the scanner uses the carrier drop or the end code at the end of a trunked transmission to know when to go back to the control channel.
