i have a 396 but somehow the key lock got on ,now it will not let me hit the keys at all i have tryed to push where the on and off switch ,but it will not go off any suggestions,on how to get this off..

Press and hold Function on the side, then press the bottom left button (On / Off button). It has a picture of a key next to it. This will turn the key lock off.
