I am trying to re program my BC-780, the only problem isI operate Windows Vista. I was wondering if anyone is aware of a program that operates with vista

Both ProScan and Scan Control work in Vista - ProScan is far and away more powerful and has the RR web import ability that Scan Control doesn't - but if you are using the same software for more than one radio, balance the 2 out against each other - both support multiple radios.
