BC 780xlt trunk id not showing up?

Hey guys pickup a 780xlt program MA State Police control channels and its Ids but when scanning no id or tag Id show on the scanner any idea??

If you have it programmed for control channel only I think it will just display "CC" where the talk group ID would show when not in control channel mode. Also if my memory serves me right it will only do CC on 800 & 900 MHz motorola systems. I can't remember if there if a way to make the ID's show in CC mode. If not just enter all the voice channel in the same bank programmed for trunking and take it out of CC mode. Then the ID's will show for sure.

I know this may sound remedial but, did u program in the TG's and program the TG ID's into the scanner bank that you are trunking?

It appears the 780xlt is being programmed by hand. If thats the case he may never get it right because he cant see whats inside that needs programming.

no I'am using Butel software to program it guys any help is welcome
