my questions is it possible to change memory such as tg ids from 100 to 100+, my county has 156 tg just for fire side and pd has even more, my reasoning for this so that i can have it set per area.

I agree. Since you are duplicating frequencies and not talkgroups, you're not really wasting that much memory. I'd just set up different systems for fire, police, local gov, etc. That way, you can make better use of the group quick-keys and separate the groups inside the main categories. That's my two cents worth.
