BC-796D Rebanding Issue/no TGID's

Im in Anoka county,MN
MN ARMER system
standard p-25 system
rebanded yesterday
With my ARC 250 basic with the newest arc 250 basic release version
I dumped out the old anoka county
downloaded anoka county again from RR database
with the software
Lowered the 4 control frequencies 15MHz
Loaded system into bank 10 on my BC796D
The frequencies loaded but no TGID's
In the ID list all the TGID's were downloaded
So i tried to reload 5 times
All i get is the 1st control channel 851.9375 showing a very good signal
all Talkgroups are locked out nothing there
Anyone know what im missing?
Or am i better off waiting until the RR updates with the new system?
MY BC996T works fine as well as my pro-96
I would be thankfull for any help on this one.

Just a thought

Check your baud rate from the comp to the scanner... I have noticed, atleast on my old comp, that if it is set too high it transfers the frequencies but not the talkgroup ids from the comp to the scanner. I just lowered the baud rate and then it loaded everything.
