BC-796D: Apparently Uniden did an additional small production run, or had some left in a warehouse ...
Either way there is a Very Limited Amount of the last production run of Brand New BC-796D Digitals again available ....

Great find but I can't see spending that kind of money when I could get a 996. If they were around $350, I might consider.
