BC125AT: BC125 Services - CB frequencies 25-28mhz?

Why are the CB service scanned frequencies so far out of range of actual CB frequencies? It takes three times longer to scan the band. This service band shouldn’t merely duplicate the Search channel 1 frequencies. It should scan the actual CB range.

Is there any way to change this?

10 meters and 11 meters , when that band is open on skip alot of frequencies come in outside the CB band
