hi i have searched everywhere on the internet and can't find how to reset a bearcat 147xlt scanner, does anyone know how to preform this? also the scanner was working fine and now it wont scan when you hit the scan button it just manually moves one channel up just like hitting the manual button any suggestions?

Haven't used one of those in a while, I don't think there is a "reset"
If you want to change frequenices, manually select the channel,
use number keys to enter frequency, then press Enter. Press review
and the new frequency will be displayed.
If your looking to clear the channels, manually select the channel,
press 0,then Enter. Press review you'll either see 000.000 flash or
lockout(can't quite recall which).
