Newbie here,(a 75 yr. old newbie at that) please bear with me... I cannot get into my 141 to 160 channels for some reason, not even manually. I have no users manual and cannot find one anywhere on the net. I have had this scanner for many years and I know I have used the 141-160 channels because I tried to program a freq. that I haven't heard in a while and it displayed it was in channel 143. Appreciate any info I may receive.
