A good unit and working well for me. I am scanning Virginia Beach, Va. fire, police and rescue. All is working fine when entering the talk group ID's, I should say when entering a talk group that begins with a 3. I wanted to enter EMS Dispatch (45872) but I get an error. I tried other 4xxxx ID numbers and error also. Then tried entering a 3xxxx id and it worked fine. Is this a limitation?

A shot in the dark but you might have the bank set up as type II-i instead of type 2, with a size code that does not permit entry of type 2 group IDs in that block.
