BC245XLT and Toronto System Question

I have a Uniden 245XLT, and am about to sit down and start programming. I live in Peel Region, Brampton. Toronto West comes in clear as a bell, Toronto South quite scratchy. My question is, do I need to program all four transmitter sites to be able to receive all of Toronto's Fire and Police action? Or can I just use the Frequencies for Toronto West to cover all the action?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

i get the tower downtown fine from brampton but i have all four sites in my scanner if your other banks are empty then maybe you should put them all in there
