Can anyone recommend in the Tampa area where I might get someone to help me programming this new scanner..Their manual leaves a lot to be desired,i.e. page 25 do this or that but then you have to go to page 75 to do it ..the book is way to small.If I down load the computer program will it program it for me ? I have 2 other scanners and never had a nightmare like this.Thanks

The new memory format does have a steep learning curve at first. Once you understand it you will love it. The software would simplify the programming a lot, but you still need to understand how the memory layout works or you will not know where to enter the data you want.
I'm sure there are places on the internet where you could download other people's Tampa files for the UASD software. It might not be the exact settings you want, but it will get you up and running.
