BC250 and P25 conventional

Will a BC250D with card decode conventional channels on P25? I know it won't do a trunking system at 9600 Baud but there are a few frequencies listed near me used by state police that list 700mhz ranges as conventional that link to MOs 700 system.

According to the wiki, it does not look like it will follow a 700 mHz system.

well this would be a conventional channel not a trunking channel

The BC250D has no 700 MHz coverage at all, conventional or trunked.
