BC250D circuit diagram

Hello,

im searching for a full circuit diagram for the BC250D or UBC3300XLT. I found a thread with a bad quality and without the complete circuit. Can anyone help me ?

I have to replace the zener diode in the charge circuit and i need to know what kind of type it is.

i have found the schematic now. its a 9.1V zener diode.
