Sound Quality on 250
When the radio stops on an ID, press TRUNK then 9. The screen goes to the sound quality setting. Use the VFO to set it to 333 which we have found to work best with Akron, then press ENTER.
Press RESUME then SCAN to get it going again. I think that's how as I'm writing this from memory, not the book. If 333 doesn't sound good on your radio, try going up from there. Note: Below 333 there's no reception, nor is there reception above 633.
