What do you think is better the 250D w/ the APCO 25 card or the pro-96??

As AZ said the batteries are a plus on the Pro-96. But you can always purchase the 2200mah battery pack for the BC250 that will last just as long. As far as tracking 3600 and 9600 baud your out of luck with the BC250.
I saw the BC250 with card from Universal Radio for a good price and I decided to purchase it and try it out. Since I already have the Pro-96. The sound is very good on both scanners, actually they sound indenticial.
So I would vote the same for both scanners just because I got the BC250 for a good price.

It is my understanding that the Pro 96 doesn't do I-Calls. If this is the case, then my vote is for the Uniden BC-250-D, especially for systems that are still analog such as Denver.
