BC296D Cloning

Can anyone clone a BC296D in the Washington DC/ Capitol Hill area? I just got BC296d as my first scanner and I have absolutely no idea how to use it let alone program it!

I can help you a little. I can clone everything in the DC area except DC Police, which may be what you need or want. I realy do not monitor them at all but I do have all of the DC Fire stuff......E-mail me and we can hook up if you want.
