bc296d programming help needed in Sioux Falls

Is anyone in the Sioux Falls or surrounding area interested in helping me learn how to program the SD Hwy. Patrol trunk system in this bc296d ?
It would be appreciated. Would even pay for instruction..

I'm not going to be much help to you sorry.

I did want to ask you for any interesting freq. you may have for the Sioux Falls area.

I get down there every now and then.
My wife wants to go this sunday/monday.

I love is when we get to see the fighter jets in the air, preaty cool.

Other then the Ham bands and police I don't have much in my ic-t90A for Sioux Falls area.

Would be great if you could send me a few freqs for the area.

Did you get your scanner going?
