Has anyone programmed the luke freqs in this thing? If so please tell me wha I am doing wrong ? This is the steps. I use the UHF p25 and 406 base and 25/380 setup is this correct?

I know little about the 296 but the setup on the 96 uses this info..

Sorry... I was refering to the DMAFB instead of Luke AFB as it is listed as 25 Offset
