Good PM all,

Windows 10 has been working great for a month now. Just have to get it to recognize the scanner, which it won't. I downloaded the driver from RR 325 wiki again, and even did the unsigned drivers trick and still nothing!

Anybody have any success, Using Proscan for programming.

Hope all is well and everyone is enjoying the warm weather!

Best,
shawn

Use it all the time. You don't need to use any special driver, the supplied automatic windows 10 USB ones work fine, plug and play.

Hey Chris,

How goes it! Yeah I had the one in there from windows 7 from scannermaster. I might try to take it out and see what happens Thanks much. It does show up as unspecified bc325p2 Serial port, but won't comm with ProScan

Got it! Removed the 7 driver and let it just restart without it! I was reading an old post that said to shut off unsigned drivers through startup setting, but that didn't work. Hope I didn't mess up my pc!

Best with thanks,
shawn

Here's the link to the Serial Port drivers. See the Serial Driver section.

Once you have the driver installed, try ProScan again. It should be just a matter of clicking the Auto Detect button. Advise if it works or not.
