BC346: How to scan all my system but no close calls or "service" searches?

I have 4 systems in my scanner. I want to scan all 4 of them but when I try, the scanner also scans close calls and "service searches" (E.G. Public Safety, News, HAM, etc). I locked out all the service but close calls still show up when scanning. How do I search just my 4 systems?
