BC346XT audio issue

I have my volume at 15 (max) and I can't hear anything. I don't have headphones plugged in. If I put my ear up to it i can barely hear audio. Any suggestions?

It could be the audio amp. circuit, but I suspect it's the speaker itself. If you use headphones do you hear audio to the earphone?

Sounds like a trip to Uniden service.

No. even with earphones I can hear nothing.
