Hi. If anyone is looking to get a cupholder mount for their 346XT, I found Belkin's TuneDok Cupholder for iPod works greats for this. You just need to remove the suction cup piece and the belt clip ring on the radio fits right into the cutout on the top of the cradle. It holds it nice and firmly into place. There some space left on the bottom of the cradle, but you don't need to fill the whole thing. The width is perfect and there is no issue connecting the power and accent the function/menu buttons on the side.
