I have come across this problem a few times. The only way I can fix it is to erase all settings and upload my programming again.

What started it this time is I accidentally "unlocked all" by pressing function and holding the unlock button I guess.

Now, it scans all the bands such as fm radio, marine, railroad etc. I cannot figure out how to get it to just scan my sites and groups.

This is so frustrating.

Any help would be appreciated

The BC346XT is reacting the way is was designed. If you press and hold the HOLD Key, it unlocks all systems.

Press the FUNC Key, then use the Scroll Knob to Scroll to the FM Radio, Marine, RailRoad, etc systems, then Press L/O 2 times on each system to L/O those systems.

I take it you were trying to do a system hold and held the button too long?

Ron, since this isn't related to the OP, you should have started a new thread. You would probably get more help that way.
