BC350A Repair?

Does anybody know of anywhere that could service a Uniden BC350A Scanner. It seems to have a problem. I turn it on and all I hear is static, like the squelch is messed up. It may have been struck by Lightning (again) as it was at my aunt's home in a rural area. Hoping maybe I could get it fixed rather than spend a load of money on a brand new scanner.

Honestly with something that has been through a couple of lightning strikes, it is time to replace rather than repair.
Use the money that you would have spent on repair to get you started towards a replacement radio. I'm sure you can find a used Uniden product out there that won't cost a "load" of money.
