BC350C factory preset channels

Hi, Does anyone know how to delete the factory preset channels?
Every time i turn on my 350c i have to lockout all the dozens of presets.I could of course put my favourites in the private bank but i want to run fire brigade in fire/ems and police in the police bank. i really am after a delete all procedure.

You can turn the preset channels off by pressing the bank key such as "Police", but not delete them.
