Bc350c will not receive

I have a bearcat bc350c I will receive the NOAA frequency but nothing else will come in!

Sorry to be the one to tell you but your town is NXDN DIGITAL and your scanner is ANALOG. If you want to use a scanner you will need a WHISTLER TRX-1 or TRX-2 both in the $450 to $500 range.

No, the Uniden made scanners can't decode NXDN.
buddrousa gave you the scanners you need to look into purchasing:

Whistler TRX 1 or the Whistler TRX 2
