Hello, I have a BC355N I used to be able to hear all 3 counties in Iowa Audubon, Carroll, and Crawford just fine clear as day now the past 2 days I haven’t heard anything! Prior to this I tried switching out my magnet mount antenna to a fender mount but soon realized it wasn’t for me so switched back to my magnet but since I did that only thing I pick up is my weather help please!

Post on the regional Iowa forum… you may have better results. The map shows no changes to those counties so unless there is an update that lags behind any changes it’s probably elsewhere where your problem is. Try reprogramming, maybe what you have got corrupted?

I am not suggesting cross posting. Posting on the regional board instead of here should bring quicker, more specific replies. Its not a general question pertaining to how to operate or why does the scanner do this or that, but instead a question as to why we can’t hear a specific agency (where the first question we start asking is “What agency, county and state are you referring to?”), it logically belongs on the regional group forums.
