BC396T Tweaking?

Is the Uniden BC396T capable of being tweaked after the latest upgrade?
If so, I can't seem to enter the sequence to make some adjustments.
Upgrade installed with no issues.
Any help would be appreciated. Dan R

#2: reading the PDF file that was with the download
#3: by reading the post update thread and
#4: by reading the threads the others who didn't do the above started.....
#5: Yes and no, but then you have to read the above to figure that part out

Yeh, I did all that. But still can't enter tweak mode. I'll keep trying, Thanks, DanR
