Hello i have a issue bc436hp will not u/d radio software but updates database with no problem i have the sentnal for the 436/536 on 2 different computers and still get the same result i know there was a u/d cause i have the 536 allso and that u/d with no problems any thoughts????? Thanks joe

Try temporarily lowering your internet security settings, try the update, then return them to the starting settings.

Is it possible the update is saying you have the latest firmware?

It may well be the latest, then. I think there has only been one update in late March last year.

Latest version is 1.03.00. If you have that, forget all the above.
